Chi Tiết Công Việc

Business Development
- Develop cross-border e-commerce seller clients.
- Develop brand clients, factory clients, and trading company clients.
- Identify potential clients through exhibitions, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls.
- Establish a client database and maintain continuous follow-up with potential prospects.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain existing client relationships to enhance client satisfaction.
- Identify and explore clients' new logistics or supply chain requirements.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and reviews to boost repeat business rate.
Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Increase shipping volumes and maximize overall business revenue from clients.
Market Intelligence Collection
- Gather competitors' pricing, shipping channels, and market dynamics.
- Analyze industry trends and changes in client demands.
- Propose constructive suggestions for product and service optimization.
Internal Coordination
- Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, finance, and warehousing teams.
- Monitor and follow up on overall order execution status.
- Assist in handling exceptional shipments, compensation claims, and client complaints.

College degree or above.
Majors in International Trade, Logistics Management, E-commerce, or English are preferred.
Prior experience in the cross-border e-commerce or logistics industry is highly preferred.
Familiar with international express, air freight, ocean freight, and FBA first-leg shipping services.
Possession of existing cross-border e-commerce client resources is a strong plus.
Capable of handling email correspondence and basic business communication in English (Chinese is preferred).
Proficient in Amazon FBA processes.
Knowledgeable about international express services (DHL, UPS, FedEx).
Familiar with air freight, ocean freight, and rail transportation modes.
Well-versed in customs clearance, tariffs, and trade terms (EXW, FOB, DDP, DAP, etc.).
Understand various cross-border e-commerce logistics models.
Business Development Capability: Skilled in cold calling and possessing strong market expansion skills.
Communication Skills: Able to conduct client negotiations independently; clear expression with a strong sense of service.
Resilience and Stress Tolerance: Able to work under sales target pressures; adaptable to business travel and client visits.
