Formulate and execute end-to-end strategic sourcing models for high-complexity engineering projects; command negotiations with tier-1 suppliers.
Monitor market dynamics to capitalize on emerging sourcing trends; chair Sourcing Committee (SOCO) activities to validate vendor selection.
Govern the global supplier panel (nomination, expansion, vendor development, and hold statuses), keeping vendor distribution optimized.
Cost Optimization, Financial Engineering & SRM:
Leverage purchasing analytics alongside industry-standard cost drivers (CBD, LLP) to identify structural cost reduction and process optimization avenues.
Track and manage Purchase Price Variance (PPV) against financial targets; oversee cost-reduction projects (MSC) to drive executive decision-making.
Advance Supplier Relationship Management (SRM - Vega) ensuring complete data transparency; host bi-annual Supplier Days to maintain panel engagement.
Promote risk mitigation through rigorous contract compliance, dual-sourcing strategies, and localized supply chain policies.
Project Execution, Capability Building & Cross-Functional Synergy:
Defend procurement strategy within executive reviews (PVC, PMC, MSC), leading simultaneous high-complexity sourcing programs to successful delivery.
Direct and mentor a regional team of purchasing professionals; deliver continuous learning programs via internal Purchasing Academies (APQP, Negotiation, VEGA).
Foster close integration with Quality, Production, and Logistics divisions to synchronize procurement execution with plant operations.
Embed a continuous improvement (Kaizen) mindset; actively participate in operational leadership meetings (CODIR, 5S, CAPEX, PDCC).
Corporate & Social Responsibility (CSR) Governance:
Enforce corporate purchasing policies and compliance standards across all regional operating units.
Ensure workforce assignments align with individual health profiles and qualifications.
Monitor and enforce compliance regarding labor regulations, workplace safety, environmental sustainability, business ethics, and risk prevention across managed departments.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Extensive experience leading corporate or multi-site procurement operations within the Automotive sector.
Proven leadership ability in coaching teams, managing international supplier networks, and driving strategic transformation.
Technical Expertise & Tools:
Expertise in automotive costing and analytical methodologies: CBD, LLP, PPV, APQP.
Familiarity with sourcing governance models (SOCO, LON, PVC/PMC) and Lean management practices (Kaizen, 5S).
Language Proficiency (MUST-HAVE):
Exceptional English fluency (written and verbal), required for executive reporting, international negotiations, and corporate training delivery.
