Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Plan strategies/ campaigns to grow the community and build community culture in alignment with the marketing team.
- Manage seeding: operate and manage multi-account tools for seeding on X/ Telegram/ Discord. (GPM, Genlogin,...).
- Manage Moderators (MOD)
- Ambassador recruitment with the BD Team
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and community partners.
- Plan and execute community activities: AMAs, mini-games, airdrops, and online/offline events hosted by Fizen or in collaboration with other Discord Servers
- Track and evaluate the performance of your communication and seeding campaigns.
- Analyze community data, propose solutions for community growth
- Stick to the target & growth with no excuse
- [Preferred] Other tasks as assigned by the CEO/Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Web3, Blockchain or Crypto.
- High responsiveness in team chat.
- [Preferred] Good network with global communities & ambassadors.
- Proficient in using multi-account tools on Twitter, Telegram, and Discord
- Strong communication skills in English writing and basic conversational skills.
- Experienced in hosting online events and using Q2E (Quest-to-Earn) platforms.
- Skilled in setting up and managing Telegram/Discord bots.
- Solid understanding of the crypto space, including tokenomics, NFTs, and DeFi.
- Willing to work flexible hours with high responsiveness across different time zones.
