Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

Check the drawings after received new orders and write the CNC program for new parts
Finish the programs in time according to the production demand for 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC machines
Think about necessary tools for machining
Pay attention to the stipulated parameters of the tools
Design necessary fixtures for the parts
Closely working with Production Manager, Purchase Manager and Shift leader
Time calculation of new parts from Customer for Sales Department

Yêu cầu công việc:

An ideal candidate is an experienced professional and distinguishes himself / herself through effectiveness, high integrity and reliability with a good understanding of technical drawings, the involved equipment and tools.
A professional and matured experience in Mastercam and Powermill for 3-, 4- and 5-axis Milling machines.
Hard skills
Good spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
Excellent qualification in CAD/CAM systems for programming CNC machine tools for metal cutting desirably.
Good knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, raw materials, production processes and quality control.
Professional use of Microsoft Office.
Fluency in AutoCad software, Mastercam 2D & 3D or Powermill.
Ability to build, read technical drawings.
Ability to design fixtures, detailed programming machining on CNC milling, turning.
Ability to calculate cutting mode when metalworking.
Good knowledge of programming NC (G-Code, M-Code) on the Fanuc control system.
Knowledge of assembly tolerances, measurement techniques, international standards.

Education: College or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Years of experience: At least 3 year experience in programming CAD/CAM, mechanical, blow mold.
Experience working with European/German companies is preferred.
