Position Summary:

We are looking for a creative story-teller, an innovative and meticulous Marketing Executive with a strong passion for Public Relations (PR) to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will excel in organization, have a keen interest in curating luxurious experiences, and demonstrate the ability to design and implement impactful, results-oriented marketing and PR initiatives.

This position demands a self-motivated individual who is well-versed in the social media and PR ecosystems, both locally in Vietnam and on a global scale. A talent for producing captivating content and an aptitude for managing diverse responsibilities with professionalism are essential traits for success.

Core Responsibilities

• Marketing Planning:
  • Support the creation of monthly marketing and PR strategies.
  • Perform market research and evaluate performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Content Development:
  • Develop visually appealing, brand-aligned content (photos, videos, blog articles, and email marketing materials).
  • Obsessed with content, a fast thinker and has a creative mind to turn standard piece into viral / evergreen content.
  • Design templates and structured workflows to enhance communications.
• Social Media Engagement:
  • Oversee and expand the brand’s social media presence across various platforms.
  • Craft imaginative, share-worthy content designed to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Public Relations:
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with media partners, influencers, and collaborators.
  • Create press releases, PR pitches, and outreach materials to strengthen brand presence.
  • Organize and coordinate events or campaigns that reinforce the brand's premium positioning.
• Lead Generation & CRM Management:
  • Conduct outreach and identify leads that align with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related discipline is desirable. Without this, you must be able to demonstrate a suitable work portfolio.
• Experience:
  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing, PR, or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of success in high-performance, detail-oriented environments.
• Skills:
  • Strong PR instincts and an ability to craft compelling narratives that elevate brand identity.
  • Highly creative with a sharp eye for aesthetics and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and basic graphic/video editing software.
  • Capable of both independent work and collaborative efforts.
