Mô tả công việc:

Preparation before ordering: sorting of basic data (instant available inventory, purchase in transit data, data to be inspected, etc.) and issuing material purchase orders (including order quantity, type, name, demand date, etc.). 下单前准备工作：整理基础数据（即时可用库存、采购在途数据、待检验数据等），并下达物料采购订单（包括订购数量、规格型号、名称、需求日期等）。
Effectively follow up on materials, track whether the required items arrive at the warehouse or other departments on time, and count and improve the supplier's delivery time, and handle and report in time. 有效跟进物料，追踪所需物料是否按时到达仓库或相关部门，统计并改善供应商交期，对异常情况及时处理和汇报。
Responsible for the verification, control and analysis of material purchase, sales and storage, statistical analysis and reporting of stagnant materials in inventory, and put forward processing suggestions. 负责物料采购、销售及库存数据的核对、控制与分析，对库存呆滞物料进行统计分析和报告，并提出处理建议。
Statistics and analysis of material usage for sales orders or production, provide data support for controlling inventory amounts, and assist department heads in handling material-related matters. 统计和分析销售订单或生产所需物料的使用情况，为库存控制提供数据支持，并协助部门负责人处理与物料相关的事务。
Regularly or irregularly check the consistency of warehouse accounts and material cards, and monitor the material collection and delivery links. 定期或不定期检查仓库账目与物料卡的一致性，并监督物料领用和发放环节。
Summarize and submit data reports of the planning logistics department. 汇总并提交计划物流部相关数据报表。
Operation and management of the ERP system. 负责ERP系统的操作与管理。
Matters temporarily assigned by superiors. 完成上级临时交办的其他工作事项。
Classification, coordination and control of the company's overall materials. 负责公司整体物料的分类、协调与管控。
Inspection and supervision rights for warehouse material management, and supervision rights for material collection and use. 拥有对仓库物料管理的检查监督权，以及对物料领用和使用情况的监督权。
Coordination of materials in production task books. 负责生产任务单相关物料的协调工作。
The right to recommend penalties for those responsible for material shortages and material loss of control. 对因物料短缺或物料失控造成损失的责任人员，有提出处罚建议的权利。

Yêu cầu công việc:

Familiar with products and processes, with production command and scheduling capabilities. 熟悉产品及生产工艺流程，具备生产指挥与生产调度能力。
Fluently in Chinese, English is a plus, interpersonal communication and coordination skills, organizational skills, and analytical and judgment skills, etc. 中文流利，会英文者优先；具备良好的人际沟通协调能力、组织管理能力以及分析判断能力等。
ERP system understanding & Oversea management skills 熟悉ERP系统操作与管理，具备海外工厂管理经验和能力。
Good at excel 熟练使用Excel办公软件，具备良好的数据统计与分析能力。
