Support daily operational tasks of the assigned department under the supervision of line managers.
Assist in communicating with Chinese-speaking guests to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
Provide basic translation or interpretation between Chinese and English/Vietnamese when required.
Support guest inquiries, requests, and follow-ups in a polite and professional manner.
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, guest lists, or operational documents.
Participate in departmental training sessions and daily briefings.
Comply with company policies, service standards, and workplace regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or department heads.

Current student or fresh graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese); basic English communication is required.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced service environment.
Available for internship/training for the required period.
