• Guide and support students and parents on how to join classes and self-study through online learning platforms in a timely manner;
• Notify students about cancellations, schedule changes, and teacher changes during the course (if any);
• Periodically collect feedback from teachers, parents, and students; ensure issues are effectively addressed;
• Build good relationships with students; regularly communicate about learning progress and related issues with parents and students;
• Attend classes, discuss with the training department and parents to propose solutions and suitable learning plans and directions for students;
• Report on the implementation of tasks assigned by superiors;
• Participate in organizing customer care activities with sales, training, and marketing departments;
• Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• Good at English, equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 750;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Problem-solving skills.
