Build and maintain the company's salary, bonus and welfare management system.
Calculate salary, bonus and welfare for employees according to company regulations and the law.
Manage personnel records related to salary, bonus and welfare.
Make periodic reports on salary, bonus and welfare.
Support to answer employee questions about salary, bonus and welfare.
Update and comply with the regulations on salary, bonus and welfare of the law.
Participate in building the company's salary, bonus and welfare policy.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in calculating and paying salary, bonus and welfare.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the salary, bonus and welfare management process goes smoothly.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Graduated from College/University majoring in Human Resources Management, Finance and Accounting or related majors.
Have at least 2 years of experience working in the field of salary, bonus and welfare management.
Understand Vietnamese labor law, especially regulations on salary, bonus and welfare.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint software.
Ability to use human resource management software (if any).
Ability to analyze data, synthesize accurate information.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Careful, meticulous, honest and responsible in work.
Ability to withstand high work pressure, work independently and work effectively in a team.
Ability to solve problems and provide effective solutions.
