CAD Operator_ENG (Tt26865) [Dist 1, HCM]

【Job Summary】
Seeking a CAD Operator to join our engineering & construction team. In this role, you will support design engineers and project teams by producing accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings, ensuring compliance with design standards, and maintaining drawing documentation.
You will be instrumental in bridging engineering designs with on-site execution, facilitating seamless communication between design, procurement, and construction teams.

You will be working on infrastructure, industrial, and building projects—ranging from factories and civil works to architectural and MEP systems, both locally and internationally.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong CAD skills, and can adapt to multidisciplinary project demands.

【Responsibilities】
-Produce, modify, and maintain 2D and 3D CAD drawings (architectural, structural, mechanical, MEP, civil) based on design input, field data, and specifications
-Work closely with design engineers to convert concepts, sketches, and calculations into working drawings
-Conduct drawing checks for dimensional accuracy, compliance with company CAD standards, and coordination among disciplines
-Assist in clash detection, cross-section generation, and detail drawings
-Prepare plot sets, drawing revisions, and issuance of drawing packages to internal and external stakeholders
-Maintain and organize CAD file libraries, version control, and drawing databases
-Support site team by providing as-built drawings, markups, and drawing updates based on field changes
-Liaise with procurement, construction, and sub-contractors regarding drawing clarifications and revisions
-Ensure deliverables comply with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements
-Participate in periodic project reviews, design coordination meetings, and drawing workshops
-Other related tasks

【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or architectural Engineering and Construction-related field.
- At least 2 years of exprience as a CAD operator in a Japanese or Korean company.
- English: Intermediate level

【Prefer】
- Available for business trips.
- Experience in factory,Metro and Airport construction with Japanese or Korean companies.
