- Consider/propose/formulate specifications together with the client and team
- Create and manage specifications in Japanese or English
- Stakeholder management
- Create a good relationship between the client and team so that they can work together toward the common goal of "creating a good product"
- Adjust schedules and resources to ensure that client decision-making and team development go smoothly

- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Business Analyst/IT comtor
- Good communication in Japanese (from N2 JLPT)
- Able to continue to independently learn knowledge related to business execution, such as the software development process
- Working experience with Japanese clients
