Bridge Software Engineer (Good English + Japanese N3) ~ 25 - 38 Mill VND [17926 - Ba Dinh, Hanoi]

Act as a communication bridge between Japanese customers and software development team in Vietnam:
- Research and accurately convey professional knowledge to software development team.
- Collect and accurately & completely convey customer requirements and expectations to development team.
- Report project progress to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Quickly resolve questions and issues from both development team and customers, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Participate in project management, including planning, progress tracking and product quality assurance.
- Participate in software development as needed to ensure products meet customer requirements.
- Participate in product acceptance process to ensure products meet quality requirements and standards before delivery to customers.

* Working time: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications or related fields.
- Japanese: Advanced N3
- English: From conversational to intermediate.
- At least 3 years of experience in Java Web software development (JSP/Servlet, Struts, Spring MVC) and JS, HTML/CSS, JS Framework (VueJS, ReactJS)
- Clear and precise technical communication. Ability to interact effectively with others with fluent communication skills, empathy and teamwork spirit.
- Willing and able to approach and learn new technologies or new professional knowledge quickly and persistently.
- High professional ethics: Integrity, Respect and Teamwork spirit.
- Strong mindset of high quality, continuous improvement and customer orientation.
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to travel (several weeks to 6 months) or work onsite long term (1-3 years) in Japan.
