JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement the company's branding strategy in the IT Outsourcing industry, enhancing brand awareness and building trust with potential clients.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote IT outsourcing services and technology solutions to target customers.
• Collaborate with technical and sales departments to create compelling and relevant marketing content that attracts new customers.
• Ensure consistency and professionalism in communicating brand messages across various marketing channels, including the website, social media, events, and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, provide periodic reports, and propose strategic adjustments as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT outsourcing or technology sector.
• Ability to communicate well in Korean or English
• Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising platforms.
• Strong content creation and communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging materials that attract customers.
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
