Mô tả công việc:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and refine both business and technical requirements.
- Design and build robust, scalable backend systems with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and clean code.
- Champion best practices in CI/CD and DevOps methodologies to enhance software delivery efficiency.
- Take a leadership role throughout the development lifecycle, offering strategic input and technical mentorship.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and story grooming to ensure timely delivery aligned with release cycles.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java. Building a big system that can handle million customers.
- 2+ years working in Banking or Fintech domains.
- Have experience manage a team size around 4-5 persons.
- Advanced knowledge of Java 8/11, Spring Boot, and relational/non-relational databases, including MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
- Solid foundation in backend scripting and frameworks (Java Core, Spring Boot, SAP).
- Following best practice of clean coding following SOLID principles.
- Have experience in tuning performance of the big systems.
- Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with microservices-based architectures.
- Practical experience deploying applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Broad technical expertise spanning backend, front-end, data layers, and system architecture, especially within the banking sector.
- Strong analytical and debugging capabilities.
- Can communicate in English fluently.
- Leadership and ownership mindset
