Develop Marketing Materials to Attract Enterprise Clients

• Create tailored B2B promotional materials (e.g., credential, brochure, pitch decks) showcasing our platform’s USPs.
• Produce multimedia assets (videos, infographics, webinars, social post, blog post) to help clients with their corporate branding and job application.
• Manage email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach targeting new and existing HR directors and C-suite executives to deliver new product feature.
• Track engagement metrics (CTR, conversions) and refine strategies based on data insights.

Forge University Partnerships Through Strategic Events

• Identify and engage target universities (e.g., top tech schools, engineering departments) to build long-term partnerships.
• Design and execute joint partnership events including: job fairs, workplace skills workshops, expert sharing seminars…
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and co-branded initiatives to boost brand awareness, brand love and drive users.

Plan & Promote High-Impact Events

• Lead end-to-end event management for university and corporate-facing activities:

+ Budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis.Collaborate with HR teams from partner corporations to align events with hiring goals.

+ Create pre-event buzz through targeted social media campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, Zalo) and email sequences.

• Produce event recap videos, testimonials, social posts and blog posts to amplify reach and showcase outcomes.
• Build post-event nurture campaigns to convert attendees into platform users or clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or education sectors.
• Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, partnerships, or events.
• Writing & Storytelling: Ability to craft persuasive, data-backed B2B content and emotionally resonant student-facing narratives.
• Video Production: Proficiency in scripting, simple editing (Canva, CapCut) to produce short-form videos (e.g., testimonials, event highlights, product demos).
• Partnership Management: Experience negotiating MOUs, managing stakeholder relationships, and balancing university/corporate priorities.
• Event Coordination: Track record of organizing 100+ attendee events (career fairs, conferences, workshops).
• Bonus: Knowledge of Vietnam’s HR landscape, tech-based company and/or education industry is a plus.
