Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Automation Supervisor (Manufacturing, $1,400, ID 21301):
Technical Operations & Maintenance: Supervise the technical stability of imported, turn-key automation machinery. Execute scheduled preventive maintenance plans.
Troubleshooting & Programming: Directly handle technical failures, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, modify internal PLC codes, and secure data backups to minimize downtime.
Performance Control: Oversee production efficiency, monitor equipment utilization, track quality rates, and minimize material loss or variances according to target KPIs.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean methodologies) to optimize cycle times, error rates, and resource deployment.
Team Leadership: Direct daily workflows for engineers and workers, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), 5S practices, and EHS safety guidelines.

Male; Under 45 years old.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or closely related technical disciplines.
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Automation Supervisor, specifically within automated machinery manufacturing, precision engineering, or electronics components sectors.
Automation Systems: Deep understanding of industrial sensors, actuators, pneumatic valves, cylinders, and safety interlocks.
PLC Programming: Practical, hands-on experience with Omron and Mitsubishi PLCs. Candidates must possess the actual capability to modify logic codes, decode system alarms, and execute system backups.
Mechanical & Electrical Aptitude: Robust knowledge of mechanical setups, tooling configuration, equipment adjustment, and basic electrical/pneumatic systems.
Tools Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for scheduling and metrics reporting.
Language: Fluency in professional English (both written and spoken) is strictly required for technical collaboration with global partners.
