Assistant Manager (It Infrastructure And Operations - Fluent English) ~ Attractive Salary [23562 - Hoan Kiem , Hanoi]

- Co-lead and manage the IT infrastructure and operations team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
- Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud platforms, etc.).
- Ensure system availability, reliability, and security in accordance with business requirements and SLAs.
- Oversee daily IT operations, including incident response, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Manage IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze system performance; recommend and implement improvements.
- Manage IT assets, licenses, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, support, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
- Prepare and manage IT infrastructure budgets and resource planning.
- Provide regular reports on infrastructure health, incidents, and projects to IT Head and Management.

* Working time: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, or a related field.
- English: At least Upper - Intermediate level
- 5+ years Assistant Manager of experience in IT infrastructure, operations and support.
- Proven experience in managing IT teams.
- Strong knowledge of network, server, storage, and virtualization/containerization technologies (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, VMware, Redhat Openshift, etc.).
- Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience with monitoring and management tools
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
