Analytics Engineer(Fatory)

JOB DESCRIPTION
MISSION
Management of the Data Analysis & Advanced Analytics projects inside the company, following the strategy of transforming Relats into a Data-Driven company, as well as contributing to a better productivity, data quality, data analysis and data availability.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES DATA SCIENCE • Work closely with IT Business Technology Manger and other Data Analysts in order to create the desired reporting that Business needs. • Work closely with Business stakeholders to understand their needs in terms of business & insights, and proactively propose, develop, and provide them real-time and scalable solutions. • Identify valuable data sources. • Design of Data Integration processes for data acquisition, cleaning, transformation, storage, and load (e.g., ETL, ELT,…) in our Architecture Data Stack (Azure Data Factory, Snowflake and Metabase) • Maintain data architectures and define improvements in Bitbucket with GIT. • Define procedures to guarantee data flows and data continuity. • Creation, testing and deployment of Machine Learning models. • Work closely with IT teams and external partners for Data Analysis & Advanced Analytics projects deployment, as well as for SAP and Salesforce platform deployments / improvements • Help in Data Management policies with the guidance of IT business technology lead if needed. OTHERS • Comply with the requirements of order and cleanliness, Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements. • Other duties suggested from CDMO or IT Business Technology Lead.

EDUCATION - Bachelor or Master’s degree (Business Administration / Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent). LANGUAGES - English, Spanish WORK EXPERIENCE - Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in an analytical role (Business Intelligence / Data Analyst, Data Scientist…). SKILLS OR ABILITIES - Good skills in any Business Intelligence tool (Metabase, SAP Power BI or other HTLM5/Java/HTML5 - Good Business acumen. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proactive & Self-learning attitude. - Process design & planning skills. - Project management skills. OTHERS - Valuable knowledge or experience in other languages programming language - Valuable knowledge in SAP Data Model and Salesforce Data Model
