To lead the day-to-day operation task including Pricing, Booking, CS, Docs of the airfreight team
To support team to solve related troubles
To operate airfreight shipment for customer accounts as assigned
Manage team to ensure that all inquiries from assigned customers are respond in a timely manner.
Ensure all troubles of in the team are solved or escalated to manager timely.
Ensure all members in the team to understand and follow strictly SOPs of all accounts

60-day probation period with 100% official salary
Bao Viet healthcare insurance
Post-probation: full salary-based social insurance contribution
15 annual leave days + birthday leave
Fixed 13th-month salary
Year-end bonus based on performance (up to 2 months’ salary)
Annual salary review in January
Labor union and employee engagement activities (Company trip, Happy Hour, Family Day, etc.)
Onsite working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Workplace: 21st Floor, Lancaster Luminaire Building, 1152-1154 Lang Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi
