Summary

Now we are looking for a teammate for Administrator and Sales Coordinator position who has chance to help people and act as a trusted resource to others. You also have chance to build deep expertise as well as navigate new and different tasks. This position requires someone who projects a positive demeanor regardless of changes in working conditions. This position is in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Descriptions

1. Administrative tasks

- Managing and Organising office assets and equipments

- Monitoring supplier contracts, payments

- Assisting Managers on general administrative support, such as paperwork, data entry, scanning, photocopying, printing

2. Sales Coordinator

- Handle orders by receiving, processing

- Coordinate with logistics to schedule shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and manage shipping documentation.

- Monitor shipments and update to distributors lead time/ delivery plan.

- Maintain accurate records of sales data

- Monitor inventory to update situation of the warehouse

- Bachelor’s degree:

- Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness are required.

- Must be resourceful and have ability to multi-task

- Can use office equipment, good at using Microsoft Office.

- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Having experience in using SAP software is an advantage.

- Speaking Japanese is an advantage.
