They are looking for someone who can handle a wide range of general affairs duties
(e.g., GA, labor, general affairs, deposits...etc)
1. General Affairs
- Organizing and updating internal regulations (company rules, manuals, guidelines, etc.)
- Managing internal and external documents (approval documents, contracts, internal announcements)
- Improving office environment, office management, and employee welfare
- Supporting IT and information management
- Facility management
- Corresponding with procedures for applying for work permits, updating office licenses, visas, etc.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing back office contracts
2. Human Resources
- Making and managing labor contracts
- Attendance management, payroll processing, and social insurance administration
- Monthly/Quarterly PIT calculation and declaration (for ALL local staffs)
- Year-end PIT finalization (for each 1 local staff)
- Recruiting, training, and improving the evaluation system
- Periodically, performing labor reports according to law, social insurance procedures
- Planning and management of company events
- Preparation for new employees to join the company
- Explaining work rules to employees
3. Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager(Language: English or Japanese)

- At least 1 year of experience in HR
- English: Intermediate level (reading and writing are more important than speaking)
