Business Development & Sales
• Participate in development of business, sales planning, and growth strategies and develop Sales Proposal with sales pipeline to meet budget (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers by attending networking activities, conduct marketing activities, customer meetings, proposal development and customer presentations to deliver outstanding customer value.
• Maintain awareness of competitor information and participate in industry association in accordance with company policy.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product management) to develop proposals and present solutions that meet client needs.
• Manage the sales process cycle to ensure customer requirements are properly qualified prior to investment of resources
Relationship Management & Account Management
• Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the industrial automation industry.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs/issues and ensure their satisfaction with solutions provided.
• Regularly engage with clients to assess their requirements and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage and coordinate with key vendors and partners to gain competitive advantage through creation and development of customers in selected vertical markets.
Reporting
• Prepare weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales reports (pipeline, forecast, actual sales, gap analysis).
• Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for management decisions.
• Maintain & ensure accuracy of CRM data input.
Job requirements
• Bachelor's degreee in Engineering discipline (Mechatronic/E&E/Automation)
• At least 3-years’ experience in Sales function in Automation Business
• Experiences in Automotive/mobility/digital would be a plus
• Strong knowledge of automation solutions and their applications
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Experience in distribution sales or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends
