1/ Academic Support:

• Guide, motivate, and track students' progress using the Wall Street English (WSE) Method.
• Organize study plans and classes, collaborate with teachers to address student weaknesses. Use KPIs to proactively address learning challenges.

2/ Booking & Schedule Optimization:

• Manage class bookings and schedules for students, providing personalized study advice and tracking progress in the CRM system.

3/ Event Coordination:

• Assist in planning and decorating events, manage guest registration, and collaborate with marketing for effective event execution.

4/ Student Engagement:

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with students, addressing feedback and complaints.
• Create an immersive English-only environment to enhance the learning experience.

5/ Internal Revenue:

• Work with Educational Consultants to identify upselling and referral opportunities.
• Support contract renewals by highlighting student progress and scheduling follow-up discussions.
