For example, they won’t mind if you ask them to do admin work. 

They love learning new things, so if you need them to learn practice management, payroll or any other software, they are keen and able to absorb and learn quickly. We actively encourage learning and run frequent webinars to keep our staff up to date with Australian tax and compliance matters. English may not be their first language, but they can definitely understand and communicate with you effectively.

All staff are Xero certified and trained in MYOB, Reckon and Intuit QBO.

Our team are trained in a wide range of software, such as; practice management, payroll, document management, ASIC services and tax lodgement services to name a few.
