As a fabric supplier, the items we are currently making are mainly Soft shell and all other woven textiles such as Nylon, poly, cotton blended fabric & bonded items with the regular & functional finishing; clear pu/milky/foam/lamination/Carbone, etc. More than anything else, Soft shell fabric has become our hot-seller item, which has been supplied to VF-MAJESTIC in very high quality at the absolute best price since 2007. We also keep developing many different types of Soft shell considering the consumer’s taste and trendy for season, and in order to secure the quality on the Soft shell, we are now on registering “THE COOLTEX SHELL” (meaning that this shell has function.) to clarify the brand identify as a part of showing our full responsibility in controlling the quality under J-Land name.
As a garment vendor, our products include such textile goods as outer-jackets; down-filled jacket, quilted jacket, active jacket, Soft shell, wool jacket, packable jacket for Men’s & Women’s for USA market. The brand names are Express, Weatherproof, Tumi, T-tech, Guess, Wilson, Timberland, Black Rivet, Kenneth Cole, CK, G.H.Bass, Sean John, Vince Camuto, Haggar and Costco, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi’s, Dockers, Andrew Marc, Sam, & Cole Haan.
Recently, we have started to developing knit items which are called as a kind of knit outer wear against warmer weather. The fabric has enough body and keeps warm and comfortable when we wear them. It will be coming soon.
We, J-Land, are aiming to set up the vertical business line for the garment production from manufacturing fabrics then eventually we can provide better quality and price to the all our customers in time. Also we are having a very specialized trendy forecast system for the materials and sharing it with all our partners timely. In this case, we can become core vendors in this industrial shortly. So far we are showing better performance to all our buyers and it will be well known to the market speedily. In 2015, Jland built up its own garment factory in Myanmar to extend the capacity of the garment order volume for USA market, Europe market, & Asia market. At Myanmar factory, the main category we can produce is outerwear jacket, pants, & T-shirt (knit). So we are expecting to support more buyers with better service.
As a member of KITA, we have achieved USD 70 millions as an annual sales goal (2020.11-2021.10), and this year with target for export turnover up to USD 100 millions, we are doing our best to make it by making an aggressive sales marketing, developing the new items and saving the net costing.
