Warehouse Staff/ Nhân Viên Kho

General Operations

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
• Load/unload goods and move stock using pallet jacks or manually.
• Perform inventory checks and update records.
• Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies.
• Label, store, and organize stock accurately.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned.

E-Commerce & Order Fulfillment

• Process online orders: picking, packing, and labeling.
• Verify items against sales orders.
• Prepare packing lists and label cartons with order/customer info.

Delivery & Returns

• Coordinate deliveries upon the manager’s approval.
• Handover packed goods to the logistics/delivery team with proper documentation.
• Inspect and document returned items.

Store & Equipment Maintenance

• Keep storage areas clean and goods properly placed.
• Maintain equipment and shipment records.
• Report issues to management promptly.

Import Shipments

• Unload containers, palletize goods, and verify against packing lists.
• Transfer items to correct locations and check quantities.

• Valid Forklift and/or Reach Truck Driving License.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, including picking and packing processes.
• Proficiency in English.
• Self-motivated with a strong, results-driven approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
