Warehouse Import-Export (Kho TBS)

1/ Export CFS Warehouse

- Calulate loading ratio & vol/type container will be used on weekly CONSOL reports
- Monitor LSP to pick up empty & deliver full cont following booking confirmation's cut off time
- Monitor LSP for Customs clerance scope following booking confirmation's cut off time
- Monitor warehouse labors for loading cargoes safety , on time and follow loading plan
- Collect & record loading pictures to share for related teams & Customers
- Make CFS report & share to Docs team for making docs on time
- Make daily/ weekly report
- Input & control WMS (CELLO system)
- Support IM CFS Warehouse scope

2/ Import CFS Warehouse

- Contact & make trucking plan with vendor for EXW CONSOL shipments based on weekly CONSOL loading plans
- Monitor LSP to pick up & delivery cargoes based on trucking plan & cut off CFS time
- Monitor LSP for Customs clerance on time to adapt with trucking plan & cut off time
- Monitor
- Collect & record cargoes receiving pictures to share for related teams & cCustomers
- Make CFS report & share to Docs team for making docs on time
- Make daily/ weekly report
- Input & control WMS (CELLO system)
- Suppport EX CFS Warehouse scope

- Graduated from college or university. Preferred in economics / commercial foreign trade
- Background in import-export, shipping, logistics or freight-forwarding is an advantage
- Minimum 02 years of similar job position, preferred in logistics company
- Proficiency in English / Vietnamese communication & interpretation;
- Proficiency in computer skill and MS Office (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint);
- Possess the characteristics of diligence, carefulness and hard-working;
- Able to adapt quickly to new working network and system;
- Able to work independently and under high pressure, able to do multi-task;
- Able to work overtime.
