Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on all shipment-related matters.
- Arrange transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely operations.
- Perform inventory updates and maintain the inventory database.
- Support store movement, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- Prepare delivery documentation and maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Print shipping labels and markings; scan and archive related documents.
- Attend to shipment and warehouse-related enquiries.
- Handle packing, picking, and return goods processing.
- Monitor and manage the packing materials inventory, including purchase.
- Execute ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
- Report all warehouse activities to the Warehouse Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Minimum 2-year experience in the related field.
- Attention to detail and good follow-up capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
- Fast learner.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
