UX/UI Designer

1. About Rich POS

Rich POS is a leading platform for nail salon management, providing solutions for appointment booking, payments, customer management, and revenue optimization. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to enhance user experience and make our system more intuitive, user-friendly, and professional.

2. Job Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX for Rich POS web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and final UI designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to optimize user experience and UI/UX.
• Build and maintain a design system and product guidelines.
• Perform A/B testing, collect user feedback, and continuously improve the product.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends and implement them in the product.

• At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience in UI/UX design for web/mobile applications and responsive design.
• Strong skills in prototyping, wireframing, and building design systems.
• Understanding of the product design process, from user research to final UI.
• Creativity, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred: Experience with SaaS, POS, or business management systems.
