- Draft, prepare, and manage various types of contracts such as master agreements, sales/purchase/service contracts
- Receive and process purchase orders (P/Os) from both customers and suppliers: check quantity, unit price, and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Work with forwarders to handle customs clearance procedures for import/export and arrange cargo insurance.
- Monitor and manage inventory for the assigned markets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to handle unexpected issues from customers (e.g., product sorting, NG reports, 4M changes from suppliers, etc.).
- Research import/export policies and procedures for products the company plans to trade.
- Prepare monthly reports related to costs, sales forecasts, and other business data.
- Others works concerning to sales under assignation of Supervisor and General Director

- Graduated from University or higher with majors: in economics, logistics, trade…
- At least 3 years of experience in purchasing and import-export procedures and warehouse management.
- Fluent in English (Intermediate Level)
- Fluent in Japanese (From N3 advanced level)
- Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, and email;
- Candidate can onboard immediately or 1 -2 weeks after offer
