Chi Tiết Công Việc

Tax Audit & Documentation Support:
Assist in collecting, organizing, and filing tax documents required for tax audits (VAT, FCT, SCT, CIT, etc.).
Support reconciliation of tax data between accounting records, tax returns, and supporting documents.
Prepare working files and supporting schedules for explanations to tax authorities.
Follow up with internal departments to obtain missing documents/contracts/invoices required for audit purposes.
VAT & Invoices Support:
Support preparation of VAT input/output lists and check invoices against supporting documents.
Assist in reviewing VAT-related documents (contracts, invoices, minutes, adjustment documents).
Withholding Tax/ Other Taxes Support:
Assist in preparing supporting documents for Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), such as contracts, invoices, customs declarations.
Support preparation of SCT and other tax-related reports when required.
Data & Administrative Support:
Assist in data extraction, Excel summaries.
Maintain proper filing (soft copy and hard copy) of tax documents in compliance with company and audit requirements.

Final-year student or fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in taxation, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Good command of Excel.
Basic knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations (VAT, FCT, CIT is a plus).
Good English reading and writing skills (used for contracts, invoices, and audit correspondence).
Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
Good communication skills.
