Pre-Sales Technical Support:
+ Support the sales team in consulting and selecting suitable pneumatic products;
+ Analyze customers’ technical requirements;
+ Read and interpret pneumatic drawings and schematics;
+ Propose equivalent alternative models;
+ Assist the sales team in preparing technical quotations.
After-Sales Technical Support:
+ Guide installation and operation of equipment;
+ Inspect and troubleshoot equipment issues;
+ Analyze root causes of pneumatic system failures;
+ Support warranty services and spare parts replacement for customer.

University degree in Automation, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields;
Minimum 2 years of experience in automation;
Good working attitude: honest, responsible, and proactive;
Willing to travel for business trips;
Basic English proficiency is preferred.

Salary: up to 15 million VND (negotiable);
