Chi Tiết Công Việc

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements.
Translate business needs into clear technical and functional documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, BRD/SRS, UAT documents, and user guides.
Collaborate with IT vendors, developers, QA, and internal teams to ensure requirements are well understood and properly implemented.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage and maintain requirements, tasks, issues, and defects in Jira.
Support SIT/UAT activities, including preparing test scenarios, test cases, test data, defect logs, and UAT reports.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues by reproducing bugs, checking data, reviewing API responses/logs when needed, and coordinating with technical teams for resolution.
Track open issues, change requests, risks, dependencies, and action items to ensure timely follow-up.
Support go-live preparation, deployment coordination, post-go-live support, and user feedback collection.
Act as a key communication point between business users, product owners, IT teams, and external vendors.

3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong experience with Jira for backlog, task, sprint, issue, and defect management.
Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, functional specifications, and UAT documentation.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, system integration, APIs, databases, and data flows.
Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge is preferred.
Experience using Postman or similar tools to test APIs is a strong plus.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Good communication skills with the ability to discuss requirements and issues with both business and technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a startup environment: fast-moving, dynamic, hands-on, and adaptable.
Good English reading and writing skills; verbal communication in English is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with external IT vendors or outsourced development teams.
Experience in UAT/SIT planning, test case preparation, defect tracking, and release support.
Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Notion, Miro, Figma, [protected info], or similar documentation/collaboration tools.
Experience in fintech, e-commerce, ERP, CRM, OMS, SaaS, payment, or operational systems is an advantage.
