This position is responsible for supporting and handling of Data Input work that is assigned by the KWE Australia to work toward company strategic objectives.
Job registration
- Manually register every pre-alert received from Cargowise.
- PIC accesses the pre-alert
- Check the document and register the job in Cargowise.
- Save documents.
- Chase missing documents
- Transport arrangements through email and online portal
Billing, Postings
- Key selling & buying rate into the system.
Operation support.
- Add waybills in CSS & update the system.
Customer service, Product Development Support
- Support the core team in AU, like the customer service team & product team, by following their training.
- Receiving customer inquiries and replying or passing to the correct person in charge
Quotation and RFQ Tender Management Support.
- Make quotations for spot shipment or do RFQ tender support for long-term bidding under AU’s instruction.
- Use Cargowise to update and obtain information.
- Any other tasks as required.
► Education and Experience
• Graduated from college or university with majors in Logistics, International Business, English language, or other related majors.
• At least 6 months of experience in the international freight forwarding industry in operation or documentation position is essential. “CARGOWISE” experience is preferable.
• Excellent English communication
• Able to work independently and under high pressure, able to multitask.
• Able to work overtime.

• Ability to utilize office software efficiently. especially Excel.
• Good typing and data entry skill is required.
• Good at analysis skills and logical thinking.
• Detail-oriented, especially for numbers.
• Adaptability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
• Strong team player and able to work with a remote team.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and can-do attitude is required for the daily workload.
► Working Conditions and Benefits:
- Working Place: TTC Building, No. 19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City
- Working time: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
- Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
- Annual Salary Increase: once per year
- Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
- Insurance: 24 hours’ Accident Insurance, 100% Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
- WFH Policy: work from home up to 2 days per week after 6 months of employment
