Sustainability Representative

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead the development and maintenance of our Quality, Environment, Security, and Health (QESH) Management System in alignment with our company’s strategic vision.

The role is responsible for ensuring compliance, sustainability, and continuous improvement in all related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- QESH Management System:

• Contribute to the development of strategic orientations for sustainable and responsible business practices;
• Establish, integrate, and oversee compliance of QESH processes, policies, and guidelines across all departments, ensuring alignment with operational procedures and standards;
• Monitor, calculate, and report CO2 emissions along with other regulatory reports;
• Coordinate with external consultants and evaluators to obtain certifications for quality management, sustainable production, and standards in security, environment, and social responsibility;
• Identify and assess QESH-related risks; develop and implement effective corrective measures. Provide safety advisories to the company, contractors, and suppliers…;
• Conduct regular and surprise internal audits to maintain system integrity across our facilities;
• Propose system adjustments to remain compliant with current laws and standards.

- Information Management and Training:

• Manage certification data, advising departments on requirements and compliance;
• Develop training plans and organize annual training on QESH system for the company;
• Guide, train, and evaluate employees.

- Lead process improvements and system quality enhancements.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO.

• - Extensive knowledge of and certification in internal audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14000, SA8000, WRAP, GSV, OEKO-TEX, and other relevant standards.
• - A minimum of 5 years’ experience in QESH system management.
• - Proficiency in English with strong communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• - Proven skills in training, systems thinking, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
