Chi Tiết Công Việc

Prepare, follow and update the Replenishment plan per supplier.
Ensure that data have been correctly input in the system (stock quantity, Shelf life etc.).
Contact the suppliers to place the PO, adjust the order if needed and validate the proforma invoice.
Follow up the status of each Purchase Order with Supplier/ Forwarder to coordinate and arrange the pick-up at supplier warehouse or delivery of the goods.
Plan shipments based on ordering schedules, availability dates and supplier lead times.
Determine the best route and method of transportations (time and/or cost wise).
Make sure all items have guaranteed Shelf Life in order to forecast the order on time to have enough quantity + safety stock until next PO.
Inform and follow up with suppliers / Forwarders about any quality issues, quantity and condition of products received.
Be in charge of fresh imported products - for Annam Gourmet via Airfreight /Seafreight.

Bachelor Degree with a major in Supply Chain, Import-Export, International Business with knowledge of customs clearance.
Having under 1 year’s experience in supply chain/ procurement in retailer/ F&B, imported food or food retailer by air/ sea freight.
Good communication skills in Vietnamese & English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel).
Good analytical mind and planning skills.
Skilled at negotiating, convincing and passion in food retail oversea.
