Chi Tiết Công Việc

Manage supply chain operations, including planning, purchasing, inventory, production coordination, warehouse, and shipment.
Develop supply plans based on customer orders, material availability, and production capacity.
Monitor material supply, production progress, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
Identify supply chain risks and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
Standardize supply chain processes, data, and reports.
Manage and develop the supply chain team.
Support ERP implementation and operational improvement projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing company.
Management or team leadership experience.
Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
ERP experience is preferred.
Experience in furniture or export manufacturing is an advantage.
English communication skills are preferred.
