Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

Lead the monthly WD4 financial performance reporting for Asia HQ, ensuring timely delivery of comprehensive analyses including sales, costs & FTE, balance sheet, and capex
Prepare profitability analyses by customer and product category to support pricing strategies and improve margins
Track Sales KPIs (CRM KPIs, new contract signings, customer satisfaction) and maintain regular reporting to Sales managers
Manage the annual MSP (Budget) planning process for all Vietnam entities (3 entities and 1 JV)
Act as the country focal point for Risk and ESG KPI reporting
Promote continuous improvement in data flows, accounting policies, and booking accuracy for costs/revenues to enhance P&L visibility and forecasting quality
Develop financial models (IRR) for new business initiatives such as new factories, major customers, and acquisition projects
Support digital transformation projects by enhancing data integration among key systems (ERP, CRM, TMS, E-contract, etc.) to improve automation and digitalization

* Working time: 8 AM - 5 PM Mon - Fri and alternative Sat

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields
Advanced English proficiency
Minimum 12 years of experience in Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Controlling, or Business Strategy within medium to large multinational organizations
At least 5–7 years of experience at Director level or equivalent in FDI manufacturing companies
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Proven ability to solve problems and execute complex tasks with a strategic approach
High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and strong teamwork spirit
Comfortable working in dynamic and challenging environments
