An exciting opportunity for an experienced club manager to lead the opening of our new multi-sport club
We are an international sports company that includes the sports of Padel, PickleBall and Basketball; and are committed to setting the standard for excellence in sports and wellness by providing state-of-the-art facilities, exceptional programs, and a welcoming environment. Our mission is to inspire healthy living, foster community connections, and empower individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their personal best. Through innovative partnerships, inclusive events, and a passion for engagement, we aim to be a vibrant hub where the community thrives both on and off the court. We are opening a new state of the art facility in early 2025 and seek a team of capable and enthusiastic staff to support this new venture.
Position Objective and Description:
Working closely with an international CEO and Executive team, as the Sports Club Manager & Executive Lead, you will support the establishment and ongoing running of this exciting sports club working. You will have experience working in an international company with foreigners with a good command of English.
You will lead a team focusing on high quality community experience and oversee all operations related to our facilities and programs. Your leadership will ensure a high-quality service culture, building communities for all sports, meeting KPis for court usage, coordinating activities, maintaining the site, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in fostering a vibrant community atmosphere through exceptional customer service, quality facilities, event planning, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Lead - Support the CEO to deliver a high quality service for our sports Club and other projects
Project management, problem solving, and multi-media presentation skills are critical.This position is very fast-paced, specifically designed for individuals comfortable with multi-tasking, and enjoys learning and developing in many different areas. This role requires fluency in both English and Vietnamese and ability to translate and interpret documents
Business Management
Develop a plan to ensure all courts are utilized as per KPis and initiatives are targeted for peak and no peak
Develop up alternative revenue streams such as pro-shop,
Work with the Business Development Manager to develop programs with businesses and community groups to develop the sports communities
Support the coaches in planning tournaments and events for each sport
Marketing and Promotion of the courts to various markets
Operations
Support the commencement and opening of this new high quality service
Lead and manage all services related to the courts and site operations for high quality offering for clients
Coordinate events and activities for the community
Support Pro shop services, ensuring seamless integration with other site offerings.
Oversee maintenance and ensure the site remains in excellent condition at all times.
Solve problems relating to the experience for customers such as cleanliness, and other operational matters
Ensure all safety matters are addressed and lead a culture of safety
Customer Services
Develop and enhance the community experience by fostering a customer service-driven culture.
Seek feedback from customers and respond to ensure a quality experience
Schedule and coordinate coaching sessions and other activities to enhance the customer experience.
Lead a diverse team and develop up plans to improvement and implement solutions to improve customer experience.
Ensure timely response to all customers enquires
Programs and Event Coordination
Be the lead to coordinate events at the site not limited to tournaments, leagues, team building and community events
Ensure all events are of a high quality and standard
Ensure programs are running smoothly and supporting the coaches and other parties to be successful in their roles
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing operations and enhancing community experiences.
General Management experience with customer service focus
Experience in sports is desirable but an necessary
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to solve problems and come up with solutions
High proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
Ability to work independently and handle operational challenges calmly.
Experience working with an international company is preferred
To Be agreed – based on facility needs
Salary: starting salary 25-35 mil vnd - dependent on experience
KPI Incentives to be agreed after probation period passed
