◽ Organise wine and brand training for company employees.
◽ Coordinate with other departments to host training/events for Customers (Handling decanting, opening time, temperature control, and presentation).
◽ Support Sales departments to develop wine lists and identify key items for customers’ selections.
◽ Review Da Loc POS materials to ensure accuracy: Flyers, Wine of the Month, wine menus, portfolios, and price lists.
◽ Inspect the quality of wines returned by customers (corked/cooked/spoiled).
◽ Monitor Wine Storage conditions in Shops and Warehouses.
◽ Identify product life cycles to propose strategic actions to the Board of Directors.
Young talent with a solid foundation in wines and exceptional customer service skills.
Must hold a WSET Level 2 certificate or above.
