Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Develop and maintain architectural frameworks that support scalability and flexibility
Analyze and optimize application performance
Ensure the quality of the code and adhere to best practices
Mentor and guide junior developers

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or any related field
5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer or similar role
Proficient in NodeJS
Strong understanding of architectural principles and design patterns
Proficient in workflow engine technologies
Experience or knowledge in agentic AI
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Good English communication is an advantage

Working hours: HN, Vinh: 8:30 - 17:30, HCM: 9:00 - 18:00, 5 days/ week.
