Conceptualize and develop innovative video content ideas and translate them into detailed, actionable filming scripts.
Manage the quality and consistency of social media channel content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
Stay abreast of emerging social media trends and platform updates to inform content strategy and execution.
Oversee the end-to-end management of social media content campaigns, particularly on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts, including trend identification, brainstorming, planning, execution, and performance analysis.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners as necessary to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality content.
Support the implementation of broader e-commerce and digital marketing activities as required.
Contribute to the development and execution of social media marketing strategies and campaigns.
Assist the marketing team with various tasks to gain comprehensive exposure to social media marketing operations.
Create diverse forms of content, including videos, images, and photographic assets.
Potential opportunity to feature as an on-screen talent (VJ) in video content.

Proven experience managing social media accounts, demonstrating an understanding of platform dynamics and audience engagement (experience with both personal and business accounts is relevant).
Demonstrated experience in creative content ideation, creation, and presentation.
