Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

- Install new machining tools at customer sites and assemble them accurately.
- Perform initial setup and adjustments to ensure the machines operate correctly.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to maintain machine performance.
- Replace consumable parts and repair potential trouble spots.
- Troubleshoot and repair machines in case of malfunctions.
- Provide swift and precise responses to urgent issues.
- Address technical inquiries from customers and provide solutions.
- Offer guidance and training on machine operation and maintenance.
- Propose and implement machine upgrades or software updates to improve functionality.
- Customize and adjust machines to meet customer requirements.
- Record work details and inspection results in reports.
- Report to supervisors or customers and suggest follow-up actions.
- Frequently visit customer locations, which may include domestic or international travel.
- Other tasks assigned by a manager.

* Working time: 8 AM - 5 PM Mon - Fri

Yêu cầu công việc:

- At least 3 years of experience working with CNC machine tools or industrial machinery.
- Experience in machine operation, maintenance, repair, or installation(CNC lathes, machining centers,wire-cut EDM machines, other metal processing machines)
- Experience with CAD, CAM, and CAE software.
- English: Intermediate
