As a UI/UX Designer, you bring strong technical HTML and CSS abilities combined with creative design skills and visual problem-solving expertise. You have experience working with modern content management systems and email platforms, and can efficiently create engaging digital experiences using component-based design systems. You’re equally comfortable configuring CMS components and hand-coding HTML when needed. Your attention to detail and structured approach to work ensure high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision, and you communicate effectively across time zones.
Build landing pages using Bloomreach CMS and component libraries
Create email campaigns in HubSpot from design briefs
Code HTML/CSS for product pages and email templates
Ensure cross-browser and email client compatibility
Maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints
Research and design usable interfaces for internal productivity applications
Conduct user research with internal stakeholders to identify pain points
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for workflow improvements
Perform usability testing and iterate based on feedback
Collaborate with developers to implement design solutions
Build and maintain component libraries in Figma
Document design patterns and UI guidelines
Establish design-to-development handoff processes
Create reusable templates for efficiency

Degree or diploma in Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Formal education is valued but not required if you have a strong portfolio and relevant work experience
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
Strong HTML/CSS skills for web production and email development
Experience with CMS platforms (Bloomreach, WordPress, Drupal, or similar)
Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo)
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Portfolio demonstrating web production work and UX process
Good English communication skills (reading and writing)
Attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under deadlines
Self-management and proactive communication
Experience designing B2B or enterprise applications
Design system development experience
User research and usability testing methodology
Understanding of desktop application UI patterns
Front-end development background
Experience with engineering, construction, or technical software
