Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • The Service Trainer drive and ensure to sustain the Highlands Coffee Service Excellence training program
  • Support in sustaining the Highlands Coffee Service Culture through effective training & certification program and other training activities
  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Conduct Orientation & Basic Service training to Newcomers
  • Conduct Server Leader and Store Manager training programs
  • Evaluate trainees after training courses
  • Training administrative tasks:
    • Be responsible for all admin tasks related to each training course (registration, test, certificate…)
    • Summary and analyze a database of all training activities (class info, training budget…)
    • Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for outsourcing courses, others requirements
  • Design, implement and develop Service Excellence programs
  • Develop training content (from concept and scripting to filming and editing) and build an internal training video library; manage and update training materials on the LMS.
  • Enhance the impact of training course on staff performance and customer satisfaction:
    • Liaise with Operations to provide the support and encouragement instore-training activities, on-the-job coaching…
    • Lead other special projects in improving service performance in stores
  • Assist Training Manager in developing, conducting soft skills training other training activities

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Education/ Training Qualifications
  • Minimum College degree
  • Certificates in Hospitality/ Services is a plus
  • English proficiency
  • 2-5 years of experiences in Training/ Customer Service
  • Retail/ Hospitality/ F&B
  • Training
  • Teach/ train/ coach/ facilitate others
  • Positively influences Server Leaders & store service teams
  • Instructional proficiency with sound communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills
