Chi Tiết Công Việc

Develop and maintain backend services (Spring Boot, batch & REST) across multiple client projects.
Self-research, give advice, and solve complex technical problems in Java.
Design and implement reliable batch jobs and data-integration flows applying design patterns.
Write well-structured, maintainable code optimized for high-traffic websites.
Work directly with clients to identify the optimal technical solutions.
Translate business and functional requirements into technical implementation.
Act as the technical point of contact for assigned projects, communicating progress, technical risks, and issue status directly and proactively in English (verbal & written).
Ensure good quality of product delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Write clear technical documentation for source code.
Apply testing frameworks and code reviews to enforce coding standards.
Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and best practices to own the technical quality of the project end to end.
Continuously research and adopt new tools and techniques to improve delivery.

Experience: 4+ years of professional Java back-end development.
Core Tech: Spring Boot 3.x, Java 17 — Spring Batch, Spring Web, AOP, Validation. Strong Java Core, OOP / OOAD, and design patterns. RESTful web services (Spring Web).
Database: MariaDB and Oracle (production databases). MyBatis (SQL mapper) and Spring JDBC.
Build & Test: Build tool: Maven. Testing: JUnit 5, Spring Batch Test.
Soft Skills: Strong English communication—able to work and communicate directly with international clients (verbal & written). Critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork. Professional and ethical behavior.
