Chi Tiết Công Việc

Manage production issues related to ICT fixtures/programs with timely resolution.
Optimize structural test plans based on ICT/FCT yield analysis to detect SMT, PCB, and component issues early.
Collaborate with CMs, tester vendors, and fixture houses, providing DFM guidance to meet ICT requirements.
Support production bring-up and debugging activities.
Define and deliver procedures, documentation, and technical support as needed.

What We Need to See
Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in ICT programming, fixture design/manufacturing, and factory testing.
Strong ICT development capability, hardware design understanding, board debugging, and structured test knowledge.
Solid knowledge of board manufacturing flow, PCB/fixture design, and proven program management experience.
Hands-on experience with lab tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, TDR, BERT).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong team player with analytical skills and good working habits.
Self-starter able to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
