Chi Tiết Công Việc

Meet with customers and CSP to determine fit preferences and pattern requirements, style preferences, garment construction preferences, and sewing needs.
Work with clients and make suggestions to continuously enhance fit and quality through pattern-related adjustments.
Planning, organizing and monitoring the sample-making process to ensure timely production.
Work closely with other related teams, such as the Folder Technician, Mechanics and Industrial Engineering teams to create new folders and work aids to reduce SMV and improve quality.
Ensure the product requirements and specifications from Sales & Customer Service, Lab, and customers for offering technical advise on sewing processes in order to meet the customer's expectations.
Organize preproduction meetings, create operation breakdowns, and train production operators before production begins.
Collaborate with Sewing Garment Technologist Supervisors and Sewing Garment Technologist to provide technical guidance for problems that arise throughout the bulk manufacturing process.
Review the production performance with the technical team after product delivery to facilitate future methods improvement.

Male/ Female. 35-45 years old.
Graduated from University majoring in related garment major.
Have 5-7 years or more of experience working as a Technical Manager for a garment factory.
Fluent in English (4 skills).
