Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily finance operations and coordinate with business teams, plants, banks, suppliers, customers, and vendors.
Provide financial support and practical solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor team KPIs, assigned tasks, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare financial data and analysis for monthly management reviews.
Support management decision-making through clear and practical financial insights.
Coordinate financial audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements and deadlines.
Perform other finance-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Full CIMA/Chartered qualification or an MBA.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance or management accounting role.
Strong analytical, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with multiple business units and external stakeholders.
