We are seeking an E-commerce Operations & Full-stack Specialist to manage and optimize daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role is critical to ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, account health, and cross-functional coordination.
Monitor daily order flow across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop
Track fulfillment status, SLAs, cancellations, returns, and refunds
Coordinate with 3PL partners and platform fulfillment systems
Resolve delayed, missing, or exception orders
Generate order health reports
Monitor inventory levels and restock alerts
Manage FBA, FBM, and FBT capacity
Coordinate replenishment with S&OP and logistics teams
Ensure inventory sync accuracy across platforms
Monitor Amazon and TikTok Shop account health
Handle chargeback cases and disputes
Communicate with platform support teams on escalations
Maintain product listings and pricing accuracy
Review listing compliance and suppressed products
Support storefront updates and promotions
Work closely with Customer Service teams
Coordinate with logistics, finance, PPC, and marketing teams
Support new product launches operationally
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
Reconcile orders, refunds, and shipping costs
Propose SOP, SLA, and automation improvements
